Vancouver taking precautions. Parts of Japan are in the throes of a natural disaster that's also affecting lands off the Pacific Ocean. After warnings of a tsunami hit Western Canada, the cast of "Breaking Dawn" has been evacuated from their set and sent off the coast to safety.
